Music teacher to perform in wounded warrior benefit concert

January 27, 2012 - C. J. Hooker Middle School Music Teacher Kristen Calohan will perform in a special benefit concert for the Wounded Warrior Project, hosted by the Greater New York Wind Symphony, with backing from the Hudson Valley Performing Arts Foundation. An American Salute: A Benefit Performance for the Wounded Warrior Project will be held at 7 p.m. February 12 at the Paramount Theatre in Middletown. The concert will feature Aaron Copland's A Lincoln Portrait, with Special Guest Harris Yulin as Narrator. All proceeds will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.
