A regular meeting of the Members of the Board of Education of the Goshen Central School District, Orange County, New York, will be held in the Board of Education Room at the Main Street School on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 6:45 p.m., with a proposed Executive Session subject to Board approval, from 6:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with the intent of the Board of Education to reconvene the business portion of the meeting at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of medical, financial, credit, or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal, or removal of a particular person(s) or corporation.
