Past agendas and resolutions

Earlier this year, a provision was added to the NY State Open Meetings Law that requires any public entity, including school districts, holding a public meeting to provide all records or documents, that would normally be available under the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL), to the general public in advance of the meeting date.

Beginning with the February 2, 2012 Board of Education meeting, agendas will now include all the eligible documents required by law. These include proposed resolutions, rules, regulations, policies, amendments, etc., that are scheduled to be discussed at that Board of Education meeting. Please note, any confidential materials that are discussed in Executive Session are exempt from the law.
