Interest-free payment deadline for school taxes extended through October 21

October 11, 2011 - In response to flooding and damage caused by Hurricane Irene, the Goshen Central School District applied for a 21-day extension for payment of school taxes without penalty or interest. The district just received notification for approval and residents will now have until 4 p.m. on October 21 to pay their school taxes without any added fees or interest.

Taxpayers who paid their school taxes between October 1 and 11 will be reimbursed for interest payments.

After October 21, late payments will be subject to interest and penalties.
