Goshen Schools closed on Thursday, April 5 for unused snow day "give back"

March 20, 2012 - To date, the Goshen Central School District has used one of its four allotted snow days that were included in the 2011-12 district calendar.

The remaining snow day must be “given back,” therefore, at the Board of Education meeting on Monday, March 19, the Board members approved that Thursday, April 5 will be designated as a “give back” snow day. This is the day before the district’s scheduled Spring Recess.

Again, the district will be closed on Thursday, April 5.

Please note that the district must still give back two additional unused snow days. Those dates will be decided in the coming month and notice will be forthcoming.
