Robert Kish honored for years of service to
Board of Education
19, 2012 - On June 18, Board of
Education member Robert
Kish was honored for seven years of
service to the Goshen Central School District Board of Education.
Kish received a plaque from his fellow Board members, which read,
“In recognition of your outstanding leadership and many years of
dedicated service to the students and community of the Goshen Central
Kish was elected to the
Board of Education and sworn into office on June 6, 2005,
to fill the vacant seat of Anthony Millich.
He then successfully ran for
two additional terms.
During his terms, Kish served on
several committees, including Technology Liaison (VISTA),
Public Information Committee, Safety
Committee, Orange County School Boards
Alternate and the Audit Committee.
Kish, whose term ends on June 30,
had decided not to run for re-election.
