Opt-out forms for 2011-12 are due September 14

August 24, 2011 - The Goshen Central School District is proud to provide the community with information about student-related events. However, we recognize that not all parents would like their child's information shared.

If you do not wish the district to disclose your child’s directory information, such as name, grade, photo, etc., to be used in district newsletters, media releases, the district website and social media, please complete the 2011-12 Opt-Out Form (PDF) and return it to your child’s homeroom teacher or school's main office by September 14, 2011.

It is important that you only fill out the form if you do NOT want your child's information shared. If you DO want to share your child's information, you do not need to fill out the form.
