Student opt-out forms due Wednesday, September 12

September 6, 2012 - The Goshen Central School District is proud to provide the community with district “good news” – or information about student-related events, activities and achievements – through newsletters, media releases, the website www.goshenschoolsny.org and social media (such as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest).

Some examples of “good news” that we like to share may include honor roll lists, classroom activities and lessons, music or athletic awards, academic recognitions, etc. Your child’s name, grade, age and photograph may be published if he or she is part of one of these activities.

The district realizes that not all parents/guardians would like their child’s information shared. If you wish to “opt-out” and do not permit your child’s photo and/or information to be shared, please complete the form below and return it to your child’s homeroom teacher by Wednesday, September 12, 2012.

PLEASE NOTE: FILL OUT THE FORM ONLY IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CHILD’S PHOTO AND/OR INFORMATION SHARED.
