student-related events, activities and achievements – through

Some examples of “good news” that we like to share
may include honor roll lists, classroom activities and lessons, music or
athletic awards, academic recognitions, etc. Your child’s name, grade,
age and photograph may be published if he or she is part of one of these
The district realizes that not all parents/guardians
would like their child’s information shared. If you wish to “opt-out”
and do not permit your child’s photo and/or information to be shared,
please complete the form below and return it to your child’s homeroom
teacher by Wednesday, September 12, 2012.
