     It is hard to believe that the 2007-2008 school year is right around the corner.  Hopefully, as you read  this letter, you are feeling rested and relaxed after an enjoyable summer break. 

     We want to welcome you to the Middle School and to an exciting new year of learning, exploring, working and playing.  We can't wait to meet you and begin the next phase of your school journey.  Sixth grade can be such an exciting year.  It will be a time to renew old friendships and begin new relationships.  You will have the opportunity to participate in many new clubs and activities.  New doors will open for you this year.

     We understand that it can be a little scary to start at a new school but we want you to know that your teachers will be there to greet you and make your transition as smooth as possible.  We will get to know each other, take a tour of the building,  meet as a team, and answer your questions. 

     As the school year begins, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.  It is our goal to have a positive working relationship to ensure the success and wellbeing of our students.  We look forward to working and growing with you throughout the year.
