WWII Virtual Fieldtrip
Welcome back to school for the
2009-2010 school year! This webpage will
provide my students with informational resources as
well as assignment notifications throughout the
school year. We will also begin implimenting a
new course management software called Moodle as soon
as our server is up and running. Please be
aware that having access to the internet (whether it
is at home, a neighbor's house, the public library,
or making the extra time commitment to get to the
CJH computers at lunch or after school) is extremely
important this year. It is also convenient to
have access to a small USB memory drive so that work
may travel with the student from any of those places
back to school.

Below are pictures from my trip to Washington D.C.
a few years ago. One of my student got to represent New
York at the National Geographic Geography Bee.
He won the school level, placed to the states, won
states and got an all expense paid trip to D.C.!
Be on the lookout for our school competition in
January!!
Maybe you could get a trip to D.C.!
