Meetings are the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month in Room 128.

See Mrs. Laskoski in Room 136 if you have any questions.

The Goshen High School Interact Club is sponsored and supported by the Goshen Rotary Club. Through active community service on both the local and international levels, the club fosters the development of the following: leadership, citizenship, respect for others, individual responsibility, and the value of teamwork. Some of our annual events include a Halloween Party for the children of faculty and staff, a Thanksgiving Food Drive, Cookies for a Cause, a Senior Citizen Prom, and participation in Light the Night and Holiday Mail for Heroes. We also assist the Goshen Rotary Club in several of their activities, including the Glen Arden Holiday Party and The Taste of Goshen fundraiser.

Next meetings:  March 25th, April 8th, and April 29th in Room 128.  (We will also meet April 22nd if there is no faculty meeting.)

Attention sophomores:  RYLA applications are due to Mrs. Laskoski by March 25th.

Senior Citizen Prom:  Friday, May 2nd at the Senior Center.  Mark your calendars now!

Past Events:

Rotary Youth Exchange Weekend:  Club members enjoyed meeting eight exchange students from all over the world.  The students spoke in Global classes, teaching Goshen students about their cultures.  Friday evening, Interact club members joined the exchange students for a dinner hosted by the Rotary Club.  The students made cards for residents of Elant nursing home.  On Saturday, the students got together again for bowling and pizza.  Fun times!

Cookies for a Cause:  We baked a lot of cookies and made delicious chocolate pops!  We raised over $300 for the Lori Fedor Fund and the Meghan Sager Foundation.

Holiday Food Drive:  We donated over 400 food items to the Goshen Food Pantry and the Youth Ending Hunger Club.  Thanks for supporting this worthy cause!

Holiday Party at Glen Arden:  Thanks to all members who came and helped with crafts.  We had a great turn out.

Pennies for Polio.  We raised $126.00.  Well done!

Halloween Party with children of faculty and staff, October 25th.  A good time was had by all.
