Quarter 1, Week 1.

 I am a famous person known for speaking.   I am born this week:  August 30-September 6

Email Maduras with:   1. Your name.    2. Quarter & Week #.      3. Speaker's name.     4.  Area of fame.   5. A specific well-known speaking "thing."     6. Date of birth & death.

Thursdays or Fridays will be joke day, depending on our meeting dates each week.  Will count as a grade.  Requirements: must be appropriate for the class (be aware of your classmates feelings). approx 30 seconds long.  must be narrative (no one-liners). must be known, not read.  must use techniques discussed for delivery: eye contact, connect with audience, pace properly, vocal style, volume, etc.
