Procedures for Fingerprinting

Please be advised that the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS), pursuant to the contract between IDEMIA and DCJS, has issued a revised fee schedule for civil fingerprint-based Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) checks effective January 1, 2022.
- DCJS Fee: $75.00
- FBI Fee: $13.25
- MorphoTrust/IDEMIA Fee: $13.50
- Total: $101.75
There are two ways to schedule a fingerprinting appointment:

- Certification 14ZGQT
- Employee 14ZGR7
